Registrar and Executive Assistant to the Deputy Principals

(12 months fixed-term)

 

515直播 is on the lookout for an experienced Executive Assistant. This position is the perfect fit for someone who is friendly, efficient and can create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our college community. As the Registrar and Executive Assistant to the Deputy Principals, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of the college’s administrative processes, with a specific focus on overseeing enrolment processes and structures. Additionally, you will provide high-level assistance to the Deputy Principals.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

 

聽Essential Education & Experience:

  • Qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Excellent knowledge of database management & programs
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Applications and Microsoft Suite
  • Current (or ability to gain) Working with Children Check

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to communicate with children, parents, school community and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to the creation of an environment of continuous improvement through the identification of improvements to processes and procedures to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide high level of informed interpretation and advice to staff on the application of college policy and procedure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to communicate with children, parents, school community and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven time management skills & strong attention to detail.

This salary is in accordance with an Education Support Officer, Category C – Level 4 under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022, or as varied from time to time.
